The kiss cutting process cuts through the sticker layer only, leaving the backing sheet intact. This makes each sticker easy to peel and apply individually — ideal for product labelling, packaging, branding and promotions. Kiss cutting is a precision cutting technique where the blade cuts through the top sticker layer and adhesive, but stops just before cutting through the backing sheet. The result is stickers that are perfectly shaped and easy to peel off one by one — the backing acts as a carrier sheet keeping all your stickers organised and protected until you’re ready to use them. Unlike die cut stickers where each piece is fully separated, kiss cut stickers remain on their backing sheet until peeled, making them ideal for labelling products quickly and efficiently.

You may download and use the Product Size Templates to prepare your artwork. These templates do not contain any designs. They are specific application files which include predefined guide-lines indicating bleed, safety, and trim lines. Preparing artwork in your own template may not meet our sizing specifications and may be rejected. These templates can help eliminate artwork setting error.
